Loan sizes from $500,000 - $100,000,000+. Traditional properties types plus non-traditional properties will be considered. Amortization up to 30 years with a LTV up to 80% on most property types. Some exceptions on construction can go as high as, 100%. Special procedures and acceptions are subject to this program.
